Job Description
Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams
Align business and reputed company stakeholders around project goals, priorities, and expected outcomes
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements
Promote and support the adoption of reputed company-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows
Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
Ensure reputed company communication and structured project documentation
Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth activities

Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in project management
Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
