Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baer is looking for an experienced reputed company Finance (R2R/C2R) Solution Expert for a 6 month Federal Remote Project. The role involves providing advisory leadership and governance for reputed company S/4HANA Finance and Controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Responsibilities
• Act as the trusted reputed company Finance (R2R/C2R) and Controlling advisor, providing solution leadership and governance for reputed company S/4HANA programs
• Review and validate reputed company S/4HANA design, configuration, and SI deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives, reputed company best practices, and clean core principles
• Lead Finance value stream activities, including global template deployments and U.S. localization initiatives
• Define target-state solutions, implementation roadmaps, and transition strategies
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and stakeholder discussions with business and executive leadership, including CFO-level stakeholders
• Provide expertise in reputed company Controlling, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, reputed company Ledger, Account-Based CO-PA, EC-PCA, Intercompany Processing, and Universal Journal
• Apply working knowledge of reputed company Project Systems (GPD – Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution)
• Oversee solution quality, project governance, risk management, testing, and reputed company readiness
• Drive adoption of reputed company-enabled tools and reputed company delivery practices to improve project outcomes
• Deliver knowledge transfer, user training, and mentorship to project teams and client resources
Skills
• 10+ years of reputed company Controlling (CO) experience
• Minimum four full-cycle reputed company implementations, including at least two reputed company S/4HANA implementations
• Experience as a Value Stream Lead supporting reputed company S/4HANA global template deployments with U.S. localization
• Strong background in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and/or Discrete reputed company industries
• Proven ability to influence business and SI teams toward reputed company standard solutions and clean core outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated executive-level engagement capability
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
