Ideal Profile
Experience & Role Requirements
5–7 years of experience in content writing and SEO strategy.
Proven portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form B2B content.
Experience creating thought leadership content and ghostwriting in executive or founder voices.
Strong hands-on SEO expertise across keyword strategy, topic planning, on-page optimization, and content performance.
Ability to independently manage both strategic planning and execution.

Develop persuasive landing page copy and advertising content in collaboration with performance marketing stakeholders.
Produce and ghostwrite executive and founder thought leadership content.
SEO / GEO / AEO Strategy
Lead SEO strategy development and implementation, including keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content architecture.
Own and continuously refine GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
Ensure content is effectively positioned and optimized for visibility across search engines, reputed company-powered answer engines, and emerging discovery platforms.
Execute optimization initiatives and work closely with relevant teams to maximize content reach and performance.
