MextelUS Marketing is hiring experienced telemarketing sales professionals to sell an AI receptionist subscription to U.S. businesses through outbound cold calling.
We need people who can take a cold conversation with a business owner through discovery, objections, follow-up, and a completed sale.
This is a closing position. Appointment setting, customer service, lead generation, or transferring interested prospects to another salesperson does not, by itself, qualify you for this role.
What you will do
• Make outbound cold calls to businesses using provided calling lists and our dialer.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify how missed calls and unanswered inquiries affect a business.
• Explain how an AI receptionist can handle incoming calls and capture opportunities.
• Handle objections, ask for the sale, and guide prospects through signup.
• Follow up with prospects and keep accurate records of your calls and sales.
What you will sell
An AI receptionist offered as a monthly subscription. As you build a portfolio of paying customers, you will grow your recurring monthly commission income.
Compensation
We offer guaranteed monthly income of up to MXN $30,000 while you build your customer portfolio, plus guaranteed recurring commissions.
Required experience and skills
• Proven experience making outbound cold calls and personally closing sales over the phone.
• B2B or B2C sales experience. Experience selling directly to consumers is welcome if you can apply those closing skills to conversations with small-business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong spoken English—you will be selling to U.S. businesses.
• Confidence handling objections and directly asking for the sale.
• Ability to work consistently, accept coaching, and meet sales expectations.
Work arrangement
This is a full-time remote position, Monday through Friday. A reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace are required.
