We are a Poland-based technology company, looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist to find potential B2B customers, start conversations, and help turn qualified prospects into paying clients.
What you’ll do
• Research potential business customers and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Find business contact details and build targeted prospect lists.
• Reach out through personalised emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Follow up with interested prospects and conduct short introductory calls.
• Explain HiveReach’s service, qualify opportunities, and help customers get started.
• Keep clear records of outreach, conversations, and next steps.
Who we’re looking for
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication and research skills.
• An interest in B2B sales, technology, and digital marketing.
• Confidence communicating with businesses by email and video call.
• An organised, self-motivated approach.
Previous sales or outreach experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
Pay: £13 – £20 per hour.
Working arrangement
• Fully remote, with flexible hours.
