Rolling Stock PPP Financing Advisor
Remote | Contract | Up to £550 per day
GTS is looking for an experienced Rail Finance Specialist to support a major international rail project, advising on the commercial and financial arrangements behind rolling stock investment.
This is a specialist consultancy opportunity suited to someone with hands-on experience in rail PPP transactions, rolling stock finance and complex infrastructure funding.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in rail or rolling stock PPP financing.
• Strong knowledge of rolling stock leasing, procurement and funding models.
• Experience assessing commercial risk, investment structures and financial viability.
• Understanding of project finance, including debt, equity and contractual arrangements.
• Ideally, exposure to high-speed rail or international rail projects.
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders on complex financial decisions.
The Opportunity: You’ll play a key advisory role in shaping rolling stock financing strategies for a significant rail programme, working with commercial, financial and technical teams.
£550 per day | Remote | Freelance / Consultancy
