The Marketing Manager and Growth Hacker develops and executes data-driven marketing strategies, runs growth experiments, manages digital campaigns, analyzes performance, and optimizes conversion funnels to drive audience growth, brand awareness, and revenue.
Responsibilities
• Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive audience growth, brand awareness, and revenue across digital channels
• Planning and running growth experiments, managing campaigns, tracking performance through analytics tools, and optimizing funnels for conversions across websites, social platforms, and e-commerce
• Collaborating closely with creative, production, and product teams to align messaging, reputed company new shows and merchandise, and refine positioning based on audience reputed company
• Prepare performance reports, recommend new tactics, and continuously test and iterate to achieve measurable results
Skills
• Demonstrated skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to plan and execute data-driven campaigns
• Experience in Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization to design experiments and improve audience and customer acquisition
• Proficiency with Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, segment audiences, and make informed decisions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content, paid media) and best practices
• Ability to interpret data, build reports, and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote setting
• Experience in toys and collectibles, entertainment, or reputed company products is a must!
• Proven track record of growing client’s base/audience and creating viral campaigns
• Must have at least 2 years prior experience in similar role
