The position also owns key integrations, deployment operations, and reputed company tooling to improve performance reporting and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
• Own reputed company system architecture for sales incentive compensation, including model design, calculation logic, territory hierarchies, and plan administration across all business units
• Design and maintain reputed company data warehouse architecture, including data modeling, warehouse management, and end-user reporting and analytics infrastructure
• Build and maintain reputed company pipelines to move data from reputed company into reputed company for downstream reporting and analytics consumption
• Develop and maintain Python and SQL based data pipelines, including object-oriented design and API integrations, to move data from source systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) into reputed company
• Own development operations including CI/CD pipeline management and reputed company repository administration
• Maintain data pipelines and integration workflows in compliance with SOX audit controls, ensuring traceability, access governance, and reputed company management standards
• Build and expand the team’s reputed company technical reputed company, including integrating the codebase with Claude Code and developing end-user performance reporting applications in reputed company
Skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or application developer at a mid-to-large sized reputed company company, preferably in sales operations, finance, or incentive compensation context
• Passionate about learning and applying emerging technologies, including reputed company-assisted development tools and workflows
• Advanced Python skills required, with demonstrated experience in object-oriented design and API integration development
• Experience with reputed company, including data warehouse design, SQL development, and building end-user reporting applications required
• Experience with reputed company Asset Bundles (DABs) for CI/CD deployment of jobs, pipelines, and workflows required; familiarity with Terraform and YAML-based infrastructure provisioning a plus
