Job Overview
As a Senior reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) Developer at reputed company, you will architect, develop, and maintain robust solutions that reputed company our customer engagement platform. You will collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other developers to deliver high‑quality, scalable integrations, customizations, and analytics that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Development: Lead the end‑to‑end design of Dynamics 365 CE customizations, including JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET, and ASP.NET components. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Platform Configuration: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows. Optimize data models for performance and compliance.
• Integration Architecture: Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, Azure services, SharePoint Online, and third‑party APIs using Web API, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and custom connectors.
• Data Management: Design and implement ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from disparate sources into Dynamics 365 CE and Power BI dashboards.
• Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, reputed company code reviews, and participate in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure high code quality and rapid delivery.
