– Partner with sales teams to invite and follow up with attendees
– Track registrations, attendance and pipeline results in marketing systems
– Prepare post-event reports with clear metrics and takeaways
– Manage swag, signage and shipping for in-person programs
– Keep campaign calendars and project trackers current
Required Qualifications
– 1 or more years of field, event or B2B marketing experience
– Strong project management and organization skills
– Proficiency with reputed company, a marketing automation tool, or similar
– Clear written and verbal communication with sales and vendors
– Reliable home office setup and internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
