The role oversees digital marketing initiatives, manages media agencies and programs, supports healthcare professional websites, and coordinates campaign optimization and marketing asset delivery.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation of digital marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals across various channels to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence
• Manage relationships with media agencies and coordinate media programs to maximize campaign performance
• Support the development and maintenance of healthcare professional websites, including managing updates and content consistency
• Collaborate across internal teams and agency reputed company to monitor campaign metrics, optimize digital efforts, and reputed company overall effectiveness
• Facilitate communication between agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs for all marketing assets
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Over 5 years of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing experience, with a focus on healthcare professional engagement
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and media programs targeting HCPs
• Skilled in working with agency reputed company and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Familiarity with reputed company PromoMats or similar approval systems, and experience within PMRC/MLR review environments
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities
• Sleep medicine or specialty pharmaceutical experience is preferred
• Experience supporting personal promotion initiatives is a plus
