The Marketing Intern will support the US Farm Animal Commercial team by executing a marketing project, gathering market and customer reputed company, applying data and research, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
• Define, execute, and deliver on an assigned marketing project, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather reputed company, evaluate opportunities, and develop recommendations
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to better understand business needs, market dynamics, and customer perspectives relevant to your project
• Apply data, research, and business reputed company to support marketing strategies and identify opportunities within your assigned area
• Track project progress and outcomes, refining your approach based on findings and feedback throughout the internship
• Present your project findings, recommendations, and potential business impact to relevant US Farm Animal leadership
Skills
• Currently enrolled in undergrad studies in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Agriculture Education (or related studies)
• Experience with farm animal health or livestock or agriculture industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively by phone, in person, and through presentations
• Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and leadership
• Bring a strong interest and enthusiasm for agriculture
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to make decisions within the context of uncertainty and ambiguity
• Have a customer-focused mindset
