Responsibilities
• Track and report on IT project performance, including actual vs spend, forecasted costs, delivery milestones, and KPI progress
• Monitor financial performance across IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and expected value realization
• Consolidate updates from Transformation Office, Initiative Leads (including Product Owners and Scrum Masters), Finance and COE Managers into executive-ready reporting
• Identify, analyze, and escalate delivery risks, dependencies, and performance gaps
• Prepare standardized metrics reports and dashboards for Steering Committee (SteerCo), reputed company Leadership, and executive stakeholders to support governance and decision‑making
• Partner with Finance to validate financial data, including reputed company vs. expense spend, labor, and vendor costs
• Ensure consistency and integrity of reporting across the IT portfolio, including adherence to PMO standards and governance frameworks
• Support reporting across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Participate in recurring forums (e.g., IT Transformation stand-ups, finance reviews) to surface reputed company and ensure alignment
